On-Site Active Shooter Training

Our Active Shooter Training is taught by current Law Enforcement Officers, Firemen/Paramedics, and Medical personnel, preparing civilians with the right tools to make life-saving decisions. Our mission is to provide individuals with knowledge and tools to help increase their chances of survival during an event of an active shooter. Our team works with our clients to employ training that works with our client’s policies and procedures. Based in Los Angeles, we can fly to your city within the United States to conduct customizable programs. Our business is fully licensed and insured.

An Active Shooter incident can happen anywhere and at any time. In the last 30 years, active shooter incidents have increased by 98%, per the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Between 2000 and 2019 California had 42 active shooter incidents. This has led businesses and school districts to adapt training and workshops to better prepare their staff in keeping themselves as well as our children safe.

How to Survive an Active Shooter Lecture (1 Hour)

This training is conducted at your facility and designed for civilians in the private sector. This lecture is designed for your employees to understand the definition of an active shooter, help identify pre-incident indicators, and how to respond to an active shooter using the RUN-HIDE-FIGHT concept. We also provide information to provide to law enforcement, post-incident, and first aid (stop the bleed).

Run, Hide, Fight live fire demo (ADD ON)

This add on will include one of our personnel leaders to play the role of the active shooter with a prop firearm which simulates the sound of a real firearm. This will test your employees to implement what they have learned using the HIDE-RUN-FIGHT concept.

Stop the Bleed practical application (ADD ON)

This training is for your employees to learn how to properly use tourniquets and gauze to stop the bleed increasing the chances of survival for the victims. We use prop arms and legs which actually bleed increasing the real-life experience.

CPR, AED & First Aid Training

We are certified in CPR, AED & First Aid Trainer through American Red Cross. We will travel to your corprate event for your employee’s certification.

Active Shooter Workshop (4 Hours)

Our Active Shooter Workshop includes the lecture, Run-Hide-Fight live fire demo, stop the bleed practical application, and a walk-through of your facility to show your employees best practices to survive an active shooter incident. Our team will teach your employees how to barricade a door, what to use as an improvised weapon and what to use as an improvised tourniquet.

Our training includes but is not limited to tactical planning, critical incident management, advanced threat assessment, de-escalation, cybercrime, surveillance, undercover work, and active shooter incidents.
